Deploy, don't advise
The output of an engagement is a running system, not a recommendation.
Companies don't have an AI ideas problem. They have a deployment problem.
They're surrounded by demos, pilots, and vendors. The hard part is getting from “we should be using AI” to “AI changed how this team operates.”
What blocks that rarely has anything to do with model quality. Nobody owns the workflow, the system lives outside where people work, and nobody agreed what “worked” means.
So we put engineers inside the work, build there, and leave the team able to run it. The name is the thesis.
The output of an engagement is a running system, not a recommendation.
Ship the smallest useful version and let what happens set the roadmap.
Data, permissions, and evaluation decide whether the interesting part works.
Every system is handed back owned, documented, and run by your team.
Everyone here is expected to sit with a customer, decide what to build, and build it, often on the same day.
